If You Just Want to Learn a Brief Overview of Quantum Mechanics, I would suggest Wikipedia, they have a non-technical explanation and a technical explination. But, If you want to read an actual book, "The Elegant Universe" Is Pretty Good.

I have to reccomend either "The Fabric of the Cosmos", or "The Elegant Universe" by Brian Green. Both books stand on thier own, but the former is more advanced and up to date, and the explainations are somewhat more clear and understandable.
