i use newegg.com right now, but is there a place thats EVEN cheaper than NEWEGG.com for purchasing parts to build my own gaming rig? for instance, newegg sells the 3200 CPU for $99.99 while DELL sells it for $219.99.. I LOVE NEWEGG, but is there anything EVEN cheaper?

There might be cheaper places but newegg and tigerdirect have the best warrentys and return policies, you have to watch out for smaller stores offering lower prices, they are low for a reason.

i notice newegg has lower prices overall, but tigerdirect has good prices when it comes to rebates and sales
