Everywhere I've looked so far there is some kind of a fee, like fee for membership, free for 14 days. But I want to download some songs that are realy free.

Two search engines with audio searches are http://www.altavista.com/ and http://www.alltheweb.com/

The likelihood of finding something for free and legal is higher on web based searches than p2p (such as Limewire, Gnutella, etc). That being said, there is still a fair amount of content posted on the web without the artist's consent, so check to make sure the source of the audio file is a site that appears to be endorsed by the artist.

And of course not everything is free, some stuff you just have to pay for, if you don't want to then don't buy it, that's how capitalism works!

Happy searching!

Try Limewire!
You just search limewire on yahoo or whatever and it will give you the site. All you have to do is download it for free and then you can get all the songs you want right away it's so easy & there's no catch.

Do a google search for "limewire" download it, and then with it you can download songs and files, be aware this is illegal, and that there is a chance of getting a virus form it, but as long as you have a decent firewall you should be fine.

properly what you do is bypass on to youtube first, then kind in the music you want and wrte receive hyperlink afterwards and with somewhat of success you'll discover your music. thats one way and limewire is yet another, although this can be undesirable as viruses/ trojans can come alongside with it. wish it helped :D
