I doubt that the inmate told his homies why he was really wearing his pants that way. So next time you see one of these little freaks, ask them if they've always prefered to be the catcher.

i am clueless as to why they do this too. lolol its certainly not attractive, in fact it comes off as simply ignorant or too stupid to pull their pants up. sometimes human beings are actually pretty stupid. thats an example of it. lets spend 75 dollars on a pair of jeans then belt them below our butts! not even wear them on our butts! its basically called stupidity plain and simple lololo
