Of course. Help her through what must be a difficult time in her life, help build her confidence, and hopefully you'll have a woman who once again believes in herself in no time.

How do you know she doesnt believe in herself? Is it your assumption, or has she shared that with you? Most men think that because women dont act and do things the way they would want them, the woman doesnt believe in herself. It seems like you guys are going to a major communication issue (which most marriages do), meet with a counseler, it might help. Just dont make assumptions about her.

You can try and help her through what ever situation she is in as long as she willingly accepts your help. But the responsibility for you to continue to belive in a woman who does not think well of herself is something you can choose to do or not.

Of course you should believe in her enough for both of you. Be the one to carry her through. She will think of you as believing in her even when she didn't believe in herself. Help her through this, be a positive force in getting her self esteem back and then set back and watch her go. You wil be rewarded tenfold if you always believe in her and make sure that she knows this.

I wouldn't stop believing in her in the sense of leaving her out in the cold kind of thing. My ex boyfriend was the kind of person who had low self-esteem he always looked down upon himself and didn't think much about himself. When we were together he would always question my love for him, asking me why a smart, intelligent and beautiful girl like myself would love him a person who isn't that smart and doesn't have much in life. And even though that was one of the main reasons I had to end the relationship i'm still there for him my heart is always opened to him, and I make known to him that I'll always be here for him.

If you like her, be a good friend and dont leave her on her own because if she doesnt trust herself she need someone who trusts her or someone who can make her trust herself.

I think it is crazy to believe in anyone. At some point, you get let down when you believe in people. Maybe she just lacks self-confidence. So, what do you expect from her? If you want more out of her, then find someone else. We accept people LIKE THEY ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yes, and you should keep repeating all the nice things, like a broken turntable, until she builds her confidence.
