Well, dermatologists recommend Cetaphil, and it does eliminate dryness to an extent if used regularly. I would, however, suggest that you see a dermatologist for more help. Go to dogpile.com (it's a search engine that searches the search engines) or google or whatever you use and type in something like best rated dermatologists in (the name of the city you live in). Also (I just happen to have this from the NY Times), you can try a humidifier in your room at night while you sleep, Olay Moisturizing Bar for Dry Skin With Shea Butter ($2.69) or Dove Sensitive Skin Body Wash ($4.99) -these are mild cleansers that wash without drying; Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy Calming Creme ($7.69) or Nivea Creme ($7.49) (these two are recommended by doctors and should be applied while skin is wet after shower); coating hands and feet with Aquaphor Healing Ointment ($6.29) or Smith's Rosebud Salve ($5.50) and covering them with cotton gloves and socks before bed to lock moisture in overnight. Also (I'm not sure if this is too heavy for summer - it's good for winter), Dermatone Moisturizing UVA/UVB Sunblock Creme SPF 23 ($4.50) or Kiehl's All-Sport "Non-Freeze" Face Protector SPF 30 ($15.50). And (wow, this is a long answer) Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 ($6.50) or Aveeno Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner with SPF 15 ($3.49) for dry lips. Whew. That should do it - hopefully. Good luck!
