it's the mid of your cycle....so if you are 28 days, the fertile days are around the 12th to the 16th approx. you can also gauge with a thermometer because your temperature changes when you are ovulating.

Go online and type "ovulation calculator" and go through the sites you will find that they will ask you when your last period was and they will be able to give you an approximate week when you are most fertile and the date when you will ovulate.. good luck..

take your basal body temperature, or BBT. You can find a chart online pretty easily. Just google BBT. Fertility Friend is a website that lets you chart your bbt online. I think it also explains how to do it.
Also, check out your cervical mucous. If it is clear and stretchy like eggwhites, it means you are ovulating. You can google that online, too, for better info. if you can, you can also check out your cervical position. Wash your hands and then try to feel your cervix. High and hard= not ovulating. Low and soft=ovulating.

you could use ovulation sticks that you wee on, but they are quite expensive. you could use a basal thermometer as your temperature slightly raises at time of ovulation you have to take your temperature every day to notice the slight rise. you could use and ovulation calculator which is free to use from www.babycentre.con or www.ivillage.co.uk
hope this is of some help. use the above sites to find out more about ovulation and signs of it.
good luck.
