Douglas Adams once stated that in order to fly, you had to throw yourself towards the ground and miss. Which could only be done if you non-purposefully got distracted before you hit the ground.

Study Physics and Aerodynamics. You can't by your body alone but with different helps you can glide. Some have invented bicycle-like ways to fly using leg power. There are clubs of people who want to fly, so might be fun to learn more about them, and contests to fly in various ways. Flying a single-engine plane is a thrill, and studying to be a pilot can teach you alot about the forces that help flying. You can usually get a 1/2 hour flight in a small plane at a flying club for a reasonable price to get a feel for it. But keep on studying and thinking about it, as you may even discover an easier way. Good luck.
