Yes. Definitely. Easy to get at Safeway or Fred Meyer's or any tackle/sporting goods store. They are available for 1,3, 7, 14, 30, etc days. Extra cost (about double) for a King Salmon stamp.

Can't fish from a cruise boat. (it would be legal, I suppose, but not practical). If you're doing a side excursion, the fishing guide will know if you can easily get one locally or if you should get one in advance.

Yes, you need a license to fish anywhere in Alaska.
They are very easy to come by.
