some stations are on the net. jack fm is on the net from all over the country. also some from seatle

go the the radio stations homepage (search for there calltag, like 102.5 the bone or 98 rock, pure rock wxtb etc.)
look for a link to streaming audio, or use a popular service like last.fm to create your own radio station
google for all terms
