definitely sex, be his sex slave for a day :) thats the best gif ever, let him dress you up the way he wants :D if you cant do that then how about a cologne?, does he like any sports? maybe a shirt of his favorite team? maybe a stripper? lol. umm.. a sports game ticket? a puppy? a digital camera? how much money you got? maybe a new cellphone? a laptop? a dvd or a music cd? a tv? a LCD for his computer? a new comp? maybe cash? video games? clothes?
OH! OH!! I HAVE A GOOD IDEA! someone i know did this for her bf. get a hotel room (or maybe your room, but its not as romantic) , and dont tell him where you're going, take him there and when he goes in, have it decorated in a romantic way, maybe order champagne and strawberries, candles, romantic music, lights not too dark and have rose petals all over or something with balloons, and have a lingerie under your clothes, then strip for him, and get a room REALLY high and keep your window open, no one will see you and its HOT, men LOVE this kinda stuff, believe it or not, we LOVE when girls have initiative. after you take your clothes off tell him you're his gift and that he can do with you whatever he wants.

I'd imagine that you wearing sexy lingerie and... knowing would be a great gift for any man. Shall I tell you when my birthday is?
Aside from lust-related gifts, men tend to prefer beautiful, and practical gifts. A nice watch with a picture of you in your other gift... a nice clock with a picture of you in your other gift... a nice calendar with twelve pages of you in, or not in your other gift...
Umm. OK... pictures of you.
The real trick is to find something that a guy can USE. and not something that you want him to use, like a shovel, or a toilet seat... something cool, like if he golfs, or fishes, or plays video games, stuff like that... If he actually enjoys working in the yard, you're pretty much set for life, as you can get some nice shovels and pruning saw, and such for pretty cheap. Quality tools for the guy that works on his car, or just smashes DIY projects are also good. Check out his tool box, and find the ugliest, most messed up tool. A new one of those is probably good. "Manly" tools like hacksaws,shiny hammers, and anything that could be used to commit a serious crime are also popular for some reason. I got this guy a cleaver once, he loves it.
So pretty much anything that would really piss a girl off if he bought it himself. If you have guy friends that hang out with him, they'll know.
Some people suggest clothes, and I'll admit that guys hate shopping for them, so this can work, but honestly, male concepts of fashion are so different from what women take into consideration that I've generally found gifts of clothing to be hands down, the most depressing types of gifts ever.

Gadgets or tools or maybe a pack of playing cards so you can play some games . .computer games find out what he likes tho. any kind of weapon or power tool, a comedy dvd, find out what hes been wanting for a while. hope this helps Theres children present , you should just go have a **** and the write a real Q

If you could afford it, a self development course $300 to enlighten him of the ignorance of his own ignorance , especially in the area of "Relationship" with females and with himself. Give him a major breakthrough that will last for the rest of his life, it's about value not money! So contribute value to him with love.

I've found that gift certificates/gift cards are cool with them. Especially if it's somewhere they go frequently. They're not like girls where they need an actual 'item' to show that they're being paid attention to, etc.

video games. its hard to give a guy a gift that is romantic, i usually go with comfy boxer-briefs that will look good on him--mostly for my benefit
