Whether he speaks English or not he was in error and should be held responsible for his actions. Persue your case.

take all his info report it to the police and insurance both of which i'm sure you did and sue his so called non english speaking shorts off. that's crap i bet the guy speaks perfect english in a job interview. these people try to pull this crap and hope they can get away with it.I know people who do this and have had experiences similar to this. all the way until something happens their english is fine then a car accident happens and all you get is "que pasa?" or something to those effects. sue him press charges for injury loss of your vehicle get a chiropractor and take him to the bank. i bet he will be learning a few new words like i'm broke and i need a lawyer.

no offense the only language i ever tried to learn was spanish that's why i chose the language. oh t yeah and i'm horrible at that.

Give the information to your insurance company and let them handle it. I was hit by a woman without insurance. I had a $250 deductible which I paid. My insurance company eventually got her to pay the $250.

I would get the information for the insurance company from the police report and report the wreck yourself if not reported to them yet. They will go from there.

Unfortunately you will have to have it settled through your insurance company. They will have to handle the claim and pay for the damages. Often they will attempt to recoup expenses from the other person, but they handle all that.

Sue your car insurance. Although this may cause your insurance to go up or even for you to lose your insurance company but I would definitely sue my car insurance.
