That same video was posted at least a hundred times on Yahoo Answers, and at least twice yesterday. It's an ad for the Guardian, a British Newspaper, for their special coverage of Euro 2004.
The team on video is certainly not Italy -- we can see a black player, and the Italian team doesn't have any black players yet (maybe in the future).

That "smart" blogger whose link you posted above cut the end advertising The Guardian, so that people like you could be fooled.
