why Does God say Dont?
do we just use the idea of God to stop some others?
to free ride our devil inside?
there is an other God!
apart from religion!

the devil said yes, and crossed his fingers behind his back
and since no one stood behind him then, they didn't see it
and when they did join him, they turned their backs on God, not seeing His arms open, and Satan turned up the awesome dance music, and no one heard God finish his sentence
not right now

If you are hearing voices of any kind, you should consider getting help. It's so convenient to credit all the good things in life to a positive deity, i.e. God, and blame all bad things, including your negative behaviour on a negative deity. i.e. Satan. This is just an easy way for people not to take responsibility for their actions. These concepts were created by Men (not Women) a long time ago, and so far there has never been proof that either has existed.

God says no to things which harm us and Yes to things which are good for us.
The Devil says yes to lies and things that harm us so we can become slaves to sin and the devil says no to God and To the truth.

God says Don't because we are like children ready to run into the street. We don't even see the danger that we are heading for but God Does.

You can make anything you want your god and you will listen to whatever it is and it will control you. Is it money, sex, power, rebelliousness, anger, an inflated sense of self, Health. What is your false god that you are a slave to. It tells you what to do and how to live and from it you are not free.

Oh, and it doesn't love you like God Does. It wants to poses you and cause you harm and misery. But you like it, because it says Yes to you and gives you the poison that you ask for.

God's guidance keeps us on the path to Him, because He loves us and wants to give us eternal happiness.

God Bless You, God's not done with us yet, Thank God ;-)

Actually this is not a question but a statement. Both positive and negative are needed to have balance. We have made both those concepts up so we decide the yes or no. God and the Devil are on vacation on this one

God's message to us is a great Yes: yes in bringing us to existence, yes in inspiring us to live a noble life, yes to loving others generously, yes to our constructive work in the world (which makes us like co-creators along with Him).

God has said yes in making us His friends, yes in joining us here on earth and living a human life along with us (in Jesus Christ), yes in his compassionate willingness to suffer a human death like us, yes in his victory over death, a victory which he promises to share with us.

The devil didn't create us: he never invents anything good, and gives only false promises based on lies, bringing evil, trouble, and suffering. So the devil is trying to impose a big No on humanity. In fact, it is often speculated that the devil, formerly a good angel, rebelled against God out of envy when God created man. That's how much the devil hates humanity.

If you want to get more understanding of the conflict between the devil and man, see C.S. Lewis' book "The Screwtape Letters".

How nice.... yes...any no trigger yes and yes initiate no...It is clear with kids, and covered with diversity of meanings, but still the same with adults. If we believe in all knowing God, does it means that God did not know simple truth stated above while suggest Adam and Eve do not bite that crazy apple?

You answered your own question really.
There is no god and devil, only the ones inside us.
Some people can't face this thought that we are solely responsible for our own destiny.
But we are.

God tells us what is right. The straight and narrow is always harder than free roam.
