If you are dirty and have not showered......When a person does not use soap and water on a regular basis they start to smell and when it gets worse it turns to a vinegar smell....especially if you are a little heavy it settles in the fat folds....skinny people have the same problem....It can settle on your hair too...It is nasty. If you know someone that smells of vinegar and you are close to them suggest soap and water...daily

Do you eat a lot of foods with vinegar in it? Like salad dressings, pickles? If so that could be the reason.

alcohol...how much are you drinking???
Acetic acid is another
name for the aldehyde ethanal, which is the oxidation of ethanol. I
maintain that the principle reason for the bad breath is due to the
diuretic properties of alcohol. However, according to the Berkeley
Smell Database, ethanal (acetic acid) may not be as pleasant an odor
at all. In fact, it can smell like vinegar.
