It's the name of his daughter "Mariana", written in Arabic. Simão used to show her name (in Portuguese) on a T-shirt when he scored a goal, but international regulations now forbid it. He decided to have it written in Arabic to make a private tribute to his daughter, but the media soon found out what it meant.
