If she's into jewelry, it is always a great gift. She's reached an age that is significant in regards to maturity, so it should probably be something classy. Fish for ideas from her if you can...good luck.

something cute you know she will love or something that you made her. Since this is in the fashion section why not make her a cute sweater or something or a sundress. they are rather easy to make
