The only thing I've known to work is to not ejaculate for at least a week before. When you do there will usually be more semen volume, as well as greater climax, resulting in ejaculating further. Some guys ejaculate distance, other guys' just drips out. Not especially something to worry about if it doesn't and there's no underlying medical reason.
