I saw it last night! It was excellent. Did I like it better? Hmmmm......probably not. I think the story was great and I do applaud the writing and the creativity of it all. But obviously the uniqueness of the first movie was missing a bit. However, Jack was just as awesome as in the first movie. Johnny Depp is a true talent! The ending is fabulous. I won't give it away. But I will say it is a huge cliff hanger leaving open great possibilites for the 3rd movie next summer!

Ok being on a beach wit just johnny depp I wouldnt need any rum.Umm I like the first one but I think I need to see the second one again to fully understand everything.This was a bit more gruesome in some random parts that really didnt need to be there.But I recommend you go see it anyway

It is worth seeing, but it is not as good as the first one. There are more cheap gags and the music is watered down (a different composer worked on the new one). Elizabeth's character is almost schizophrenic and not very solid in this one either. But you will enjoy it.

Jack Sparrow's cartoonish escapes, or captures, are classic. Great movie. I liked the villians much better this time around, truly freakish.

yes and im just going to ruin something for everyone... the ending, that barbosa guy come down the stairs in the little hut thingy cuz jack sparrow like dies.. yeap.. sry to y'all that didnt see it.. but yea.. it was a pretty cool ending but i didnt really like the whole thing.. it was good but i just wanted more or somethin ya kno? and i loved it wen elizabeth and jack KISSED! it was so cool and i thought will was going to kill osmeone but he didnt cuz hes cool like that haha.. so yea

yeah, it was pretty good, i guess. Johnny depp and Orlando Bloom were looking scrumptious as usual. I think the 1st one was better.....

I did! It was much more funnier than the first one! And the makeup arties is better! But I like the first story better!

Hm... I liked it a lot. Not quite as much as the first one but it was everything I wanted it to be (except I didn't like the ending)
