I think so that´s not possible. If you get married for second or third times you have to divorce before new process. Remember That couple have obligations one with others until not stay really separate.

It is somewhat possible, but not advisable. It is probably easy to get married without a divorce being finalized as long as the court has no knowledge of the previous marriage, but I'm not so sure the courts would recognize it as a legal marriage if it were ever challenged. If your spouse died and his/her relatives knew you weren't properly married, they could possibly take all of the assets. If your spouse knew you did this and he/she wanted out, the court may divide assets differently. If you were female and your fake husband was infertile and you went for donor insemination, that child might not be considered his under the law. If you got social security benefits from your fake husband's work history, someone who didn't like you could rat on you and you could be denied benefits. If your fake husband became severely disabled, his parents might have first say in medical treatment. Also you might have to pay tens of thousands in legal fees to address these issues in court.

No. You have to wait until at least 30 days after you meet with the judge before the divorce is finalized otherwise it's bigamy and you can go to prison.

No. Up to the divorce is pronounced and final, one is still married.

So, if your boyfriend is promessing a fast ceremony... don't order the white dress quite yet!! it may be years before...

Nope, that is called bigamy and is against the law. If you get married and are still not divorced your second marriage is null and void and illegal.
