You have a Body Mass Scale of 21.9 which is effectively 22. Normal Body Mass Scale is generally considered to be around 18.5 to 24.9. So n that sense you are certainly normal.
The question is are you fat?
Quick calculations based on waist to hip ratio indicates that you have a 21.5% body fat amount, give or take approximately 3%. The ideal body fat percentage for females is usually considered to be 22% based on U.S. government standards. So under that standard you are pretty close to being perfect.
However, the answer really depends on what you actually look like, and how you carry this weight. A 36 inch breast measurement is fairly large. If your chest, hips and thighs are firm, then no you are not fat.
If, on the other hand they are not firm you could lose a couple of pounds, but not much. Certainly no more than 5 to 7 pounds, being you into the 112 to 1l3 lb range. Either way at your weight, the answer is definitely not diet.
If you wished to improve your body's appearance (which doesn't sound as though its necessary or warranted), the only way would be through exercise, with an emphasis on resistance as opposed to aerobic training.

By no means is 120 lbs for 5'2'' considered fat! As a matter of fact, it is far from it. Particularly with measurements like those mentioned.

Here is a link to the CDC body mass index calculator. That should give you a better idea about this.

But just remember, it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and feel good about yourself instead of getting too hung up on weight. If you were to go by the modeling and fashion industry's standards, anyone who isn't underweight or anorexic is too big. Don't buy into that!! It isn't real, nor is it healthy.

no--it sounds like you probably have shorter legs, which could lead some unkind person to look at you and think fat with those kind of proportions--but you're not. Matter of fact, I think I speak for all of us who will never see 120 pounds again when I say, "Eat, eat!" :)

No, your not fat. The shockingly thin models and actors in Hollywood have made you uncomfortable about yourself, when they are freaks. You are perfectly within the healthy range for your height.
