Go to the hospital if you don't Care about the embarrassment/it's serious. If they can't do anything then Laxatives would be a good idea. He'll crap it out sooner or later. It's a candy bar so if he has pain inside then make him bend over a few times, and try to break the candy into little pieces...
Laxatives is a sure way it'll come out along with his feces.

Funny I know, but this happened to me to, the hospital cant do anything about it and this is wat i had to do i had to get a guy with an 18" dick and he ****** me, pushing the candybar up this makes you have to crap and it comes out -Answerman (and I've been gay ever since!
