Who do you think will be England's next captain?

I think either Steven Gerrard or John Terry might be. Wayne Rooney probably in later years because he's only 20 years old.

i think steven gerrard should be the captain, but the odds seem to favor john terry.

considering how poorly wayne rooney behaved in the portugal match in getting himself sent off, i don't think his demeanor is such that would make a good captain. he loses control of his temper too quickly. maybe after he matures some, he may become captain material.

Wayne Rooney?! Only if he learns to behave like a man.

But yeah, i agree with Gerrard or Terry.

I think Gerrard would be a different player if he was given captaincy.
