Of the listed teams, I like the Cubs best. However, I am a fan of the Mets and the Mariners, so they come first. I also have a bit of a soft spot for the Red Sox, but now that they have won a World Series, it's the Cubs' turn.
I think the Cubs need to have a Bring Your Goat to Wrigley Field Day. Also they need to exorcise the true Curse of the Bambino: Babe Ruth beat them in the World Series as a pitcher in 1918, and with his bat (including the famous "called-shot" home run) in 1932.

Yankees all the way!! They are just an all around great team. I hate how some claim they "buy their talent" because when given the chance that's what all teams do, it's not about loyalty anymore it's all about the money for the players and teams. I've watched the Yankees since I was a kid and I think they are just an outstanding team with a fantastic legacy!

Red Sox... Yankees buy all of their players. and I know after I post this, people will say "but the Red Sox have the second highest salary in baseball" That is true but the Yankees annual salary is $78,561,656 dollars more than the Red Sox and the 3rd, 4th,5th, and 6th highest paying teams are within 20 million of the Red Sox's annual salary
