and/or embarrassed?
Mine is when I feel that I have done something to let down my family. Like if I am short with my Mom, or neglect a family function. I feel ashamed of myself for doing those kind of things.

When I'm too tired or I don't feel like doing something for my kids. I always do it anyways, but I get so irritated when it's three in the morning and my four month old wants to play- he just whines for no reason even though he's fed and changed. Sometimes I just try to ignore him!
And my four year old asks too many questions! No matter what you say, she always says "why..." I know she's at that that stage, but sometimes I just tell her "we're going to play the 'quiet game". Afterwords I usually feel ashamed! LOL!

I went down the water slide today and slammed into this kid who had been rude to me at the top. I felt awful later, though in a way I feel he deserved it. Now I feel I should have just been more mature about it.

Whenever I think about the nights I spent drinking, I am ashamed of basically everything I said or did :)

i have had a few anger management issues in the past. i feel ashamed when i allow someone to push my buttons and lose control of myself and a situation.

even as my ex spouse split with me on the day that our daughter changed into born, I walked away and performance not in any respect had the braveness to bypass lower back. Now after 15 years, searching lower back i think terrible that about the completed element and highly about having missed my daughter growing to be up. wish i ought to have executed all of it otherwise!

Just found out my mom has lung cancer. Have always felt guilty about forgeting important dated and letting her down. Now I am relivimg every moment in hi-def.

wen i tell my best freind and my family in WI that im going to call them and i never do.. i still havent called my best friend in weeks... i feel so stupid and ashamed of myself that i'd lie to the person that has been there for me even wen my own damn family wasnt

That's simple . . . Lying. I try to be completely honest, it seems like most people don't think anyone is entirely capable of that anymore, but when I lie, I feel terrible.
