u can go to
http://briefcase.yahoo.com/bc//home
log in ther with your yahoo id
and make new folders and upload files to your yahoo briefcase

Follow this path. Go to ur desktop> right click bottom taskbar> new> briefcase. It will bring the icon of briefcase on ur desktop which can be opened by u easily.
