Probably Spidey 3, but Harry Potter might also be big, since the last (seventh) book is supposedly coming out around the same time. My very uneducated guesses:
1. Spiderman 3

pretty good predictions but I don't think spider-man 3 is going to beat out Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix(i'm a huge fan) and the Pirates of the Caribbean:At Worlds End

I think you've got Pirates to high and Fantastic Four too low, other than that, it looks pretty good to me.
