Can you say, "attention whore"?

There is virtually only one reason to dress in provocative ways. That is 'attention'.

The reasons why little girls walk around half naked is different than women who walk around with their skin hanging out. As women start going through puberty and discovering their sexuality, they are shaped in ways so different than when they were pre-pubescent.

Last night I was out with my girlfriend and she was up on a bar dancing. Afterward, I was talking with her and her friend who was on the bar with her. Her friend was saying how much everyone likes my girlfriend. And, I mentioned it's because she has this way of acting around people that is attractive and that it's intentional because it makes her feel good.

They started to fight me for a brief second and then changed their tune. We started talking about the way girls grow up learning how to get what they want from people - socially, for self-esteem, financially, and professionally. But, they also said it doesn't mean they want to sleep with you.

So, pretty much what we all came to agreement was that women don't dress to 'show off the goods' for no reason. It's for attention. It's for people to want them. And, that maybe it is partially creating the problem. My girlfriend never buys drinks but it seems that she's faithful and devoted to me. I don't get it. I think it's wrong. I think it's misleading.

So, the two girls other conclusion?

Men are effectively minimizing their need in the world. Women are basically starting to manipulate everything. Is this true? I don't know. Men are selfish in their own ways.

PS: This is all 'generally-speaking'.

Stupid men think that when an attractive woman dresses provocatively that she wants every Joe in town lusting after her, because in their selfish minds they disregard their own shortcomings (don't read, obese, love the comfort life, pretty boring, have a wife at home or the old ball and chain, just kind of deserve to get laid by a pretty woman because I happen to have a Y chromosome type) I don't think a beautiful woman, especially one that works hard at it, wants every man to look. I might want to look cute for certain people or even for myself but I definitely don't want to be glared at by some sloth in the hall with bad teeth that hasn't exercised one day in his fifty years. Think of evolution, as it really comes down to the female choice - sorry guys. Sometimes when you look cute, your day feels sort of 'lifted-up' as if there is something more to life than the daily grind. If a woman works-out, say she runs at least six miles a day and she works, then there happens to be an obese man in the hall with bad teeth and he is checking her up and down, don't expect that she will turn around and jump you. People (including women) want to look attractive for impressions and a certain zeal. This does not mean that we desire every lewd look from every fat dorky, sex-loving slacker that can't spell, in the entire world.

I know, right!?! Especially on the movies and stuff. This chick will be wearing this V-neck shirt that practically comes down (not up but down) to her belly button. Then when the poor dude is speachless and staring she slaps him. So mean! I wouldn't ever do that!

Beautiful women are revered by both men and women. They are not doing it for just the guys.

Of course they want men to look at them...that's the whole point. Why the hell they get upset at the men who look is beyond me.
