Rabbits should not be kept in a hutch, it is very dangerous this link will tell you all the reasons why. http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/outdoors.html#risk
What is the greatest outdoor risk for rabbits?
The greatest threat is attack by predators. These occur primarily at night, but can also happen occasionally in the daytime. Hutches or cages do not provide enough protection to make it safe to leave the rabbit outdoors 24 hours a day. The House Rabbit Society receives many calls every week from baffled people whose rabbit died during the night while confined in a hutch. "I don't understand Ñ the hutch wasn't even unlocked, and the rabbit didn't have a mark on him. What happened?" With her acute vision, hearing, and smell, a rabbit can sense the presence of a predator such as a raccoon even in your neighbor's yard. She may panic and injure herself, or she may die of shock.
I got a booklet from Amazon.com on how to build outdoor runs for when we are supervising their outdoor time. Do a search for rabbit runs

Put the words you want most in quotation marks
"rabbit cage" "instructions" "building" "materials"
Then click search. Sometimes you dont get the right kids of results, so just modify your search, like by typing in "building materials" all in one quote, or "how to build a rabbit hutch"
HEres some results for you:

If you keep your bunn indoors with you, he'll really become attached to you, and you'll have a much more rewarding relationship with him. He'll also live much longer if you keep him inside. I've written an article on this -

Sketch out what you need, sketch out what the furball needs, and then work backwards.
Form follows function. Ships look like ships because car's won't work in water
