No, for the millionth time; Limewire is just a peer to peer software program and P2P software IS legal. It just enables files to move between computers.
It is NOT legal for you to upload or download copywrited works unless you own copywrite. Thats whats illegal.
The fee you pay does not cover all the royalties so don't be fooled by that argument either. You should NOT add your record collection or software collection to Limewire if you want to be legal.
If you check the small print in the contract Limewire make the software available for your use but they don't take responsibility for what you do with the software.
And remember that rules for safe downloading; install Avast! anti virus as it has a P2P scanner, and check the fle extension before downloading. An mp3 should be .mp3 not .exe

File sharing is not illegal, but sharing copyrighted material, such as music, without paying, is.
As far as I know, Limewire Pro what you pay for is the software, not to actually download files.

The software is legal to use. It is the downloading of music that in not payed for is illegal.

If you're paying a fee, it isn't illegal.With the fee that you pay, companys get a small percentage for using their work on limewire's program.

No, yet you may do unlawful issues with it. Take your vehicle, case in factor. you could force the vehicle legally, yet you could also hit peds and bypass on a rampage. same vehicle, utilized in a unique way. same for limewire.

i have the free verison of lime wire and i dont belive it is illegal especially if you buy it. but most downloading they think is illegal whether you buy it or not. i say kiss my *** and do it anyway.
