Target carries a line of dolls and accessories that are very similar to American Girl Dolls. Just a fraction of the cost.

I have one and it's the look a like doll. Don't get the baby dolls because you can't dress them up or anything. I would say to get a historical, or girl of the year. They have more meaning. But, I'm glad i got the one i did. Anyway, my idea is to get a historical doll.

nah really go to ebay and there a people who make furniture and clothes and stuff for them at reasonable prices.
