http://forum.networktechs.com/t1819059447-attention-read-me-before-posting-for-help.html go here and follow along, (try step two first) The hijackthis is what should definately get rid of it. (Make sure you read the instructions as Hijack this will find good stuff and bad stuff) and obviously you only want to get rid of the bad stuff.

Hiya Elaine

You got whacked with a rogue malware application. There's specific removal tools and protocols for cleaning this up and this format here is not really the place to do it as you may (likely) have other malware issues to deal with. In other words, it's not as simple as having you do a simple download of some application and *poof* it's all better. I would recommend you visit one of the free online tech help sites where folks who have experience in removing this crap can work with you individually to clean up your system completely.

There are many decent sites out there. Two sites that I'm involved with:

http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/...

http://forums.techguy.org/

(Please note...I would NOT under any circumstances utilize Hijack This unless it's under the specific guidance of someone clearly experienced in it's use. The format here prohibits such guidance, and Hijack This alone will not totally remove this malware.)

Good luck.
