There would be another country or maybe more in North American. You would have the Confederate States of America, The United States of America. And it is quite possible that smaller areas, such as new England may have split off to form their own nation. Also the Manifest Destiny that helped to settle the West may have become their own nations or part of the Confederacy. Slavery probably would have existed in the south for a few more years but there is a lot of evidence that shows that it was becoming economically unfeasible even at the time of the Civil War. But if you go to the South today, African Americans are still second class citizens despite the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments aand the Civil Rights Bills of the 1960s.

Any number of directions could have been taken, but some things are more likely than others.
Slavery would have ended within the next 30 years, maybe less. The desire of some within the Confederacy to expand to include the Islands of the Mediterranean and Central America was already falling apart in the early 1860s when it was still a possibly they would win so there was nowhere else to expand slavery. Other countries would have increasingly barred relationships with a slave owning Confederacy. Most importantly, slavery was not able to compete with a free market system based on free individuals. This would have been compounded in that the value (within the Confederacy) of a single slave was extraordinarily high relative to other slave holding cultures, placing slave holders increasingly out of business. So slave holding in the Americas would have disappeared leaving slave holding cultures primarily in Africa much as it is today.
With the American States split, European nations would likely pressure them to increase that split and such actions would have been led by Great Britain. Over time this would have most likely led to States seceding from the Confederacy and rejoining the Union. President was advised that such would likely occur if he didn’t go to war. Such events would have spurred the Union to develop new weapons of war.
The real question is, would America be capable and willing to fight in World War I. If not, would Kaiser Wilhelm won? If so, would Hitler have had the opportunity to take over Germany? Would it instead have been a leadership comprised of members of the German Military schools. If so, would they have then won World War II?
However, the real question is, if the Democratic Party had not split during the election of 1860 would Lincoln have been elected President? If not, would there have been an American Civil War?

I would assume that the South would have ended slavery around the time Brasil did. Brasil ended slavery around 1900. The south however would probably be much more racist though and have an even larger African population than they do now. It would also mean the north would not have as large an African population. Washington D.C. would most likely not be the capital of the United Northern States. Questions abound on whether or not the south would than expand into Mexico or Cuba like many southerners wanted.

The Civil war was about "states rights" and economics, slavery was a concern but not what it started over ..
If the South won maybe we would have a weaker central government with states free to have different laws on things like gay rights, drinking age or legalizing pot instead of the central government forcing their laws/opinions on everyone .

We would still have slaver but I think that there would be another Civil War between the eastside and the westside, which would be a whole lot more brutal and longer because of the growing population.

As you said, we would've had two countries that may never have gotten back together. They would been too preoccupied with each other to expand much further west, in which case some other power (probably the British) would have filled the vacuum. We probably would not be the superpower that we are today.

The south wouldn't be a part of the United States, they would be their own country and would have been taken over by Mexico by now

Confeds would have probably expanded to control Central America and Mexico, but I think they would've eventually quit slavery, realizing that industry is easier/better and slavery is immoral.
Don't discriminate against southerners, they're not all bad.

We would certainly be operating on a less urban-centered model of social organization, and there would also, without question, be less opportunity for Americans of color.
