Tampons usally come with instructions. I'm pretty sure that you will be able to "spot" where it belongs during your period. Tampax Tampons come in Junior
Good luck

There are some very slender and junior tampons. You can find a good variety at your local WalMart. It may not be going in because you are dry. Find the hole, put a little lubricant on the tip (you can find some in the feminine products aisle) and insert slowly with the tip aimed toward your lower back. There are also directions on the insert of the box. Good luck at your swim meet.

OMG! There's only one place down there that the tampon WILL go....well, besides your butthole that is. I seriously doubt that your mom doesn't know where it goes. You're probably just too afraid to ask her. Ok....it goes right the the middle. Maybe you shouldn't use tampax pearl. Try something small with a plastic applicator and wet it or something, maybe that'll help it go in easier. Just look at the sheet that comes in the box!!!! geez!

There is an instruction pamphlet right inside any box of tampons, you may want to start by reading that. Also, start with the smallest size possible, usually they have the word slim in them. Good luck!

Playtex makes tampons for teens, I'm sure other brands do too, look for them, they're smaller so you shouldn't have such a hard time. Like the other person said, they come with directions, they're on a paper in the box along with a TSS warning.

every box of tampons should have an instructions manual that gives detailed information about the whole deal.

It goes in your vagina. You slide it in at an angle. You will not lose your vaginity with it, it doesn't go in deep enough for that. Read the directions. There is a diagram.
