shot, i think you mean gun shot, not medicine shot.
shot = danger, attack, quilt conscious
That may mean you are getting quity in some sort, being shot is a way to admit that.
Again, you didn't show enough information such as where you got shot, what is your reacton after shot, who shot you.
Not enough information to determine what exactly this dream will mean. It could mean various things.

It was either a past life dream, a worst fear playing out in your sleep or a premonition.

It could mean that you don't feel safe and/or feel that you're going to be hurt physically or even mentally. It also may not mean any thing like you could of just watched a scary movie or something.
