Movie has to be either scarface or the Jay and silent bob movies. Now as far as on tv "Deadwood" has to win hands down.

It's definitely "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut". That film has the world record with "399 swear words and 128 offensive gestures" and it's only 81 minutes long!!
So that would be almost 4.9 swear words a minute and almost 1.5 offensive gestures a minute!
