She is soooo wrong. Do you have any court orders? You need to get a lawyer and make sure you have specific visitation, and to enforce it, bring the cops with you. Good luck.

She can tell you all she wants that you lost all rights to them but they are just words coming out of her mouth with nothing to back it up. Right now she is in contempt of court for not following your visitation agreement and that can get her in trouble so keep that in mind! You need to talk to an attorney and get this under control before she walks all over you any more than she already is. I'm dealing with the same situation right now, my son's father and his new wife think that just because they talk makes it so. You could even try going and talking to the local police department and say that she isn't letting you have your children when it is your scheduled time to have them. They might be able to help but I'm not sure. Good luck with her but please talk to an attorney ASAP!

She cannot deny visitation even if you are behind in support. They are 2 separate issues to the court. She could be held in contempt for ignoring the court ordered visitation or get a criminal charge for "interfering with a parenting plan" New way of putting things. Check your state laws online or consult an attorney. Good luck!!

I would ask the court clerk about your concerns and your rights to the children. I would petition her to court to receive visitation. If things really don't look in your favor, consult and hire an attorney that specialize in custody cases. Your children are worth it. I would also ask her is there some way that you and her can talk things over first because you really want to see your children and at the same time not to be at war with each other.

Unless you have a court document that states you lost all parental rights to your children, she cannot keep them away fro you. Call your attorney right now and tell them what is going on or call Domestic Relations and talk to them about it...Sounds like she is doing it to get back at you for the missing payment.

Call your lawyer. Pronto. You dont' "lose your rights" to see your children by being late one month....or any months for that matter unless it's ordered by a judge. She is breaking your custody agreement. Tell her that, and that you're taking her to court. You shouldnt' be afriad to threaten this cause since you are caught up, no judge has anything to hold against you.

Seek the advice of an attorney first....preferrably one that is focused on father's rights. Do you have a visitation schedule? if so, she is not abiding by it. If you don't, GET ONE so she cannot do this to you again in the future. But, she is full of it, either way, YOU have rights. I cannot stand women like this!! Good luck!

Talk to her mom or dad if you know them and tell them the problem they are usually understanding. It is ridicules for her to do that to you. What a pain in the but! You can tell she really hates you and she should not be like that because that dose not show a good role model parent. What ever you do don't be like her and act childish.

Awe, man. It sounds like youve picked the wrong ***** to have kids with. The samne thing is happening with my sister. The father of her daughter is way beyond a prick. Thats y im wayching who i have kids with. i see way too much of this sh1t. But the good thing is that courts see way too much of this stuff too. parents trying to get back at eachother using their kids. So the courts know whaT THEYR DOING SO THEYLL TELL HER TO GO PACK SAND.If youre not doing anything wrong, youre ok.

Your children is one of the most important things in your life.
Do what you can to be able to see them and love them.
No legally she cannot do that. A Judge and or other sub-implicated officials can only tell you that your rights have been taken away.
