I've been told they are sweat/heat bumps. You know when you sweat it's a secretion of fluid by the sweat glands. These small glands are situated within the skin as well as in the fatty tissue under it. They discharge their fluid through tiny openings in the surface of the skin. I get it under my arms. All I do is try and stay as dry as possible, and I carry perspiration wipes. For your thighs try some sort of powder to stay dry and cool. It might help. Good luck.

I know that this may be heat rash, but it could also be a yeast infection that really doesn't bother you in the way that a typical yeast infection would. It's similar to the yeast that babies get on their cheeks.
I would try an antifungal agent such as for athletic's foot.

It sounds like chafing. You can use petroleum jelly or an anti-chafing product. Also stay hydrated by drinking lots of water! It also helps to stay dry and to wear loose clothing in the heat.
