They aren't as good as they used to be...but they shouldn't retire. Rolling Stones is classic. Without them alot of our good music would die, because rap will take over!

The Rolling Stones maybe *I'm soo... gonna get crucified for my answer, lol* U2 is still pretty much in their element. They began in the 80s onward whereas the Rolling Stones have been rocking since the 60s-70s (?!)
U2 has more artistic credibility, their recent Grammy Award win is a good indication & testament to their craft. Also Bono's humanitarian efforts are commendable.

Rolling Stones should retire and U2 should've never existed.

I think that U2 is better than they ever were,,,,, I'm glad there still around... The Stones has always been one of the bands that I was going to see in concert, before I die, well that's not gonna happen, But I do love there music, but they just don't have what they used to, and hearing the classics on the radio, you think that's what they sound like, but they just don't..

I Don't know much about U2 but hell yes the Stones still have it .They Totally Rock.Then,Now and Forever

i dont think the stones should retire, just to see how long a garage band with mediocre talent and a bad singer can survive. havent listened to u2 since bono started looking like robin williams.

The Rolling Stones haven't "had it" since 1970. They should be FORCED to retire immediately!

unfortunatly, most of thier songs sound rehashed from before, but brings back good memories. I've seen several oldies bands that really need to hang it up but the stones still have it somehow ( i think geritol should promote them)
