It depend where you wanna go in Mexico but i would recommend the Yucatan Peninsula and especially The Riviera Maya. The best months are November to February. The best time is february and marsh is not bad either. Summer is the primary rainy season in Yucatan.

First where are you going in Mexico.? Rainy season here now in Guadalajara. Hurricanes season in Cancun now. Puerto Vallarta and area very hot in the winter here.
