Because its a question and answer website and thats what your supposed to do here. (Philosophical questions would be more like If the big bang happened 100's of thousands of years ago. Why do scientists believe that looking through a very powerful telescope that they will be able to see back to it? Its obvious that Time and phsyics would prevent that. Everything came from the same BOOM, it took the earth how long to get to where it is, The light from the big bang moved faster then the earth, hence would be long gone from where the big bang happened...

Perhaps the point is to ELICIT care from our fellow human beings. It is about time we try...Rather then dying to our superficial and shallow selves...We all need to take part in a forum that encourages deep thinking -- a process that so few of the world's population truly know how to engage in.
