I would check with a travel agent about the hotel or phone directly. Most major airline allow you to travel without an adult 16 years up so you're ok. However, the best thing to do would be to contact the embassy.

why would you want to? your 16yrs old!
eventually you'll need your parents!! because your going to need to check into a hotel(witch you have to be at least 18 to do)
and buy a plane ticket to and from the united states(if you live here)
so no! you cant travel without them!

I think you can but you may need to get your parents to sign a letter to say its ok to travel alone
