For 7 months around PMS time. We fight. It starts out with something small and we throw insults back and forth. Then she ends the relationship. " It's over for sure this time. " She says she can't handle the emotions. Untill her period is over. Then she's a sweet angel and wants to get married. I have a hard time handling it. When she picks on things I do wrong. I fight back. How do you control it.

I know of a lot of women who take anti-depressants while on their periods and pmsing. Have her talk to her doctor about it. Good luck:)

Try to ask her to do a hormonal test to check that the levels of the estrogen and progesterone are within the normal, non dangerous range. PMS is only one symptom of many others that something is not going well. If her estrogen is too high, her health may be at risk - diabetes, kidney problems, breast cancer, uterine fibroids, etc...

If nothing is too unballanced, ask her to have a healthier diet -avoid alcohol, sugar, coffe, coca cola and other stimulants 1 week or 10 days before her period. I also do light workouts to get my endorphines up (carefull too much workout can have the opposite effect).
Last but not least take her to a deep relaxation class, learning how to relax and manage stress may just solve your relationship problems. (you could go with her - knowing how to help someone relax is a very usefull quality)

We (me and my husband) also have agreed to a gesture, that signals to the other that a fight/discussion has gone too far. After we see it nobody is allowed to say anything for the next 15-20 mins. I must say it has helped us a lot.

Good luck!

Just keep your distance. And just agree with everything she says. You should set a camcorder up that way she can see the way she acts. She'll feel bad and apologies. Just remember it will be over soon and you'll have your angle back.

I think I am like her, my only advice is not to mention her period and how she becomes bithcy, saying that usually escalates it.
I am fine until my bf says I am a ***** or something involving that then I really get angry and want to leave.
Now answer my question!
