hmm some place tropical that valued diversity and many different forms of life. A lot of free thinkers, artists, philosophers but who enjoyed being alive with a sense of fun. A place where older people and children are highly valued and respected. A place that honored the environment and allowed for a relax pace of life. A place that was fairly inexpensive so that you would have all sorts of people. A place low in crime because everyone felt abundant and shared during the hard-times. hmmmmm sounds good, Wake me up when you have found it! :)

Maui. But I'm going to NZ via Tahiti this Xmas, so there might be a challenger - but Maui is king, so far (except it's 5 hours from anywhere out of state).
