A renewal offer letter was recently sent to me by "AT&T Yahoo". The following address was given to access their offer for $17.99/month for the first 12 months: http://att.com/pro. This internet address is impossible to access. Any suggestions? Thank you!

The exact website to renew my internet service for AT&T Yahoo High Speed Internet Pro for $17.99/mo is http://att.com/rpo but when I go to that website I get statement that :this internet address is impossible to access".

If this is the case, I will cancel my SBC DSL service (now that AT&T merged) and the "new" company choose to "play games" with their valued customers as my time is too valuable to waste and I'm sure Comcast will welcome my business (I think ?).

How do I sign up to renew my internet service for AT&T's Yahoo High Speed Internet Pro for $17.99/mo?

I pulled up the address but there is no form to fill out, nor any
full terms and/or conditions of same to read. What do I do next?
I would like to try the $17.99 a month instead of automatically
get charged $34.99/mo as soon as my $14.50 contract expires.
Again, I say, what do I have to do to get considered for the
new price of $17.99????

not in any respect actual had any connection themes, not in any respect had downtime interior of both years i have been with this employer, inspite of the actuality that that's a 10mb fiber optic connection, the provider is poor. they reduce the speed after 2gb of information is downloaded, so first your downloading at 1Mbps and then once you hit 2gb your stuck for 5 hours at 300kbps. that is stop poor on account that i'm paying for the fast connection.
