you can buy St.Ives Medicated Blackhead Removal face wash, that's what i have. it really works. I'd not recommend using Clean and Clear face wash esp if your face is sensitive to facewash scented stuff. When I used clean and clear it gave me pimples and just make my face irritated. St.Ives Medicated is scent free and has micro beads that go deep into your pores to clean out the black heads. if you use this, make sure not to rub too har, but rub a little so that it gets the black heads out but not damage skin. g'luck!

warm or hot towel on the nose for about a half hour, then you clean your face. and black head removal stuff.

Exfoliate.
But even better: Clean && Clear blackhead fighting scrub!
I dont have them...but my sister does and that scrub works amazingly!

clearasil has a new line out just for blackheads. face soaps, creams and astringent!! under 5 bucks.
