I know swiss banks pay high yields. Try a local international bank! But your question can't be answered thouroughly because you don't specify how much MONEY ! The more $$$ The more the interest yield! However you can get about a 5% yield in a simple money market sweep account that is as safe as a bank account and as liquid and pays daily interest so it yields better and believe it or not is in the good old USA everywhere by phone . Call Charles Schwab and ask about there money market accounts and the good old money sweep accounts!

Ukrainian Privatbank is a fast-growing bank with about 12 years on the market. As Ukraine is currently one of the fastest-booming markets in Europe, PrivatBank pays pretty good rates on deposits.
For 12-month bank deposits in Ukrainian or foreign currency, including US Dollars, PrivatBank pays 12.5%, as explained here
http://www.privatbank.ua/info/index1.stm?fileName=4_3_1_1r.html
The amount has to be over $2,000.
