yes. nothing is 100% efficient,so even ants must have waste, like poop.

Yes they do. Ants, just like all other heterotrophic organisms must relieve the wastes that they create. Typically an ant's body does not produce that much waste, so "pooping" does not occur too often. Because ants are one of the most advanced insects, thier colonies usually have a designated area for wastes. Workers will carry the wastes of others into these chambers where they are broken down by bacteria. Ants and all other insects are very efficient with their water as well. Their urine similar to that of bird is completely or mostly dry. Their bodys are efficient at resorbing water in the hind gut and they produce a semisolid urine which acts simply as a filter for salts and indigestable materials. Yes, they do, but even if you stepped in it you wouldn't notice it like you would if you stepped in a cow pile or a dog poop. I know because I've stepped in a lot of poop.

I'm not sure, I suppouse they excrete nitrates from the vegitation they consume. I did a yahoo search and found nothing good, but common science says that, in a living body, what goes in must come out.

They dont actually 'poop'. they just excrete in other forms
