What are the different steps to merge my own Photoshop mock-up to my Joomla Content Management Service?

I want to use CSS, not tables.

Please give me detailed steps (1, 2, 3) or if you know of a good tutorial, I am interested too.

Jooma is an independent Content Management Systema and its not a easy job to remove its table structure. But You can edit its CSS file and create your own class here and set appropiate class to moke-up your photoshop layout.

and You can USe Wordpress thats table less . I made my personal Blog site with this CMS.
