Move lol :) First you have to meet someone if you don't want to live in Milwaukee then you have to meet someone that does not live there. If you want to stay in Wisconsin then you have to find someone who also wants to live there. The question is where do you want to live? Find a job in the state, country or city that you want to live in then go out and make friends there. Then the rest should fall into place. If you just stay in the area that you are and you don't want to be there then you are limiting your options.
